We are hosted by MojoHost. That means we are required to abide by their legal stipulations and AUP, and so is anyone who hosts with us. They are available here. Please become familiar with them. There will not be a quiz, but you will have to attest that you’ve read them. Yes, that’s not tons of fun, but we don’t make the rules; we just follow them (mostly).

If we provide you with billing services, you are required to abide by CCBill’s legal requirements. You can read them here. You will be responsible for ensuring all the content you post is compliant with their AUP, and you’ll have to assert that to CCBill to have your account approved.  Please take compliance seriously. We do and it’s the one things that can get us all in hot water. Don’t let that happen. We hate family spats.
